YMCA London City & North’s Exciting New Youth Hub
On 29th May 2024 YMCA London City and North in partnership with Sidley Austin LLP officially opened it’s doors to their exciting new VYBZ Youth Hub based on Errol Street, London EC1.
The new youth hub is providing a much needed dynamic youth provision which not only meets the needs of young Londoners but also embraces the rich and diverse culture of our community. It provides a safe space that ensures accessibility to all that is inclusive and non-oppressive.
The youth hub comprises of two spaces, a cutting-edge sound and music studio and a larger more versatile open access creative space which will enable young people between the ages of 13 and 25 to enhance their talents and life experiences.
We are very proud that the VYBZ Youth Hub was co-designed by the very young people it serves, with an industrial feel, the space is furnished with vibrant seating accents and graffiti work.
As well as offering access to health and wellbeing services, VYBZ Youth hub also runs free after school programmes and summer activities; which include arts and crafts, cooking, games, music, trips, performance, street dance, studio time and much more.
